AllNext Legal has launched a dedicated AI Accelerator designed specifically for AmLaw practices — a structured engagement that moves large firms from pilots to governed, in-production AI in a single quarter. The Accelerator is the product of two years of engagements with firms that made the transition and firms that got stuck, and it distills what actually works into a repeatable engagement model.
Built for the scale of AmLaw practice
The Accelerator combines strategy workshops, technical implementation, model governance, security integration and change management — priced and structured for firms with hundreds of attorneys and the operational complexity that comes with that scale. Off-the-shelf engagements built for smaller firms consistently stall at AmLaw; this program was designed with those firms specifically in mind.
Anchored in outcomes, not features
Every engagement begins with a small set of measurable outcomes — realization lift, hours reclaimed, matters accelerated, associate satisfaction — and instruments the environment against them from day one. The firms most likely to succeed with AI at scale are the firms most willing to be measured, and the Accelerator is designed for those firms.
Governance is embedded, not bolted on
Sensitivity classification, retention, ethical-wall enforcement, model access control and audit are treated as core deliverables rather than afterthoughts. Firms that skip this layer end up with pilots that never scale; firms that build it in from day one produce production-grade capabilities within the quarter.
Change management as a core deliverable
The Accelerator includes named practice-group enablement, executive-level communication, associate training and a running scorecard. Adoption is designed for, not hoped for, and the results consistently reflect that discipline.
A partnership model with continuity
The Accelerator hands off to a long-term operating relationship rather than ending at go-live. Firms that need continued partnership through the second and third quarters of scale-out get it; firms that want to internalize operations after the initial engagement can do that too. Optionality is built in.
Available now to a limited number of firms
The Accelerator is being rolled out with a small first cohort of AmLaw practices in 2026 to protect delivery quality. Firms interested in a slot should reach out to our AI practice directly, and we will schedule a scoping conversation to determine fit.
